Last Post Today

I promise this will be the last post today...I think. LOL! It just occurred to me that I need to update my mile time. The second time I ran a mile it took me longer than the first. The third time I ran a mile I was faster than the first time. This time...my fourth time to run the mile...I was even faster. I ran it in 8:08.9. Oh, yeah! Oh, yeah!
