You can take a country girl and stick her in the city, but that will not take the country out of her. The country is a part of her. It is in her roots, her heritage. She will always miss it. Her heart will yearn to return to it.
But she can adapt. She will accept the city for what it is and learn to live and thrive within it.
Even so, she will always be a country girl. That will never change.
