God reminded me this morning that I have neglected to share some very exciting news with you. Specifically, Mrs. Jones made it on the liver transplant list and there are only two people ahead of her! This is a major answer to prayer and I am praising God for His hand in it!
There is still a major battle ahead. The cancer in her liver must not spread to other organs or she will be set back. For every three months that she is on the list cancer "free", she will be "awarded" three points to her score. She was last scored at a 22 and they are currently doing transplants for those who have 25-28 points. The next three to six months are very critical. The doctor has already told Mr. Jones that it is amazing his wife's body is not full of cancer, so we know the Lord has His hand on her.
Is it not awe inspiring that God hears our prayers?! Thank you for your prayers thus far; I hope you will continue to pray on this family's behalf.
